    Wanted Persons

    RPPD is extremely grateful for the immense amount of assistance and cooperation provided by the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office, Criminal Investigation Division (CID) and the Philadelphia Police Dept. Specifically, Philadelphia PD’s 16th District, Southwest Detective Division, SIU and Warrant Unit assisted in tracking leads that resulted in the speedy identification of BOWMAN.

    While BOWMAN was not located when the search warrant was executed, the high level of cooperation and willingness to assist, exhibited by Phila PD gives us confidence that BOWMAN will be in custody very soon.
